Our family history
Reynaldo Fiallos’ passion for coffee began as a little boy; his father, a second generation coffee grower, infused his young son with his traditional methods of producing top quality coffee. At 12 years old, Reynaldo Fiallos began working directly in all the coffee labours such as picking, pulping, fermenting, washing, drying, hauling, sorting and loading the mules headed for the market. His love for coffee has been passed on to his daughters and now grand children. While growing up his daughters would play on the coffee plantations and patios, learning about the techniques and skills required to produce the quality coffee that marks the Fiallos’ coffee tradition.
